Byron Dempsey started Driven Young because he was burning out, had no one around him who understood, and needed a week to step back and figure out what actually mattered.
He looked for something like it — a space for young founders to disconnect from the noise, connect with the right people, and come out with real clarity. It didn't exist.
So he built it from scratch. Not a wellness retreat. Not a mastermind. Not a networking event. Something entirely different.
